- Incorrect Wallet Address: If you, the customer, send any cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet/address that does not belong to the Company, we will not process the order, issue a replacement, or provide a refund.
- Incorrect Amount: If the amount sent is more or less than the required payment for the order, there is a risk of the excess or deficit being lost. If the transaction is traceable within the Company’s wallet transaction history, we may issue up to an 80% refund of the sent amount, excluding applicable fees.
